I have recently read Sarah Wilsons ebook, “I Quit Sugar”. It makes a lot of sense that sugar is making us fat. We went through the low fat everything stage however the food manufacturers just added more sugar to make the low fat foods more palatable and addictive.
Every food today is laden with sugar, coke, fruit juice, yoghurt, tomato sauce, takeaway food..etc
