Hill training in the off season

I have written about hills many times before and everyone should no by now how valuable I think there are to you training. They can be done all year round and the only time we would stop them is coming up to racing. However if you have a few weeks between racing and want to a good hard top up work out that will not destroy your neural system blast out a hill session.

This is what the fastest hill session for the year looks like.
