20 x Leg Raises

(1-2 mins rest between rounds)
15 x Reverse Lunges
15 x Squat Jumps
15 x Push Ups
20 x Leg Raises
10 x Glute bridge - Single or double leg depending on your strength
20 x Mountain Climbers
Workout 3
(1 -2 mins rest between rounds)
15 - 20 Pike Press ( you can use a step)
30sec - 1min Dead hang
15 x Reverse Pull Ups ( Bar or TRX Straps)
15 x Push Ups
20 x Air Squats
15 x Leg Raises
