"Here's an easy exercise to ease stiffness in your mid-back and neck after long hours at your desk.
1. Sit up straight on the edge of your chair.
2. Link your fingers together behind your neck.
3. Gently bend your back and neck forward, as if trying to bring your elbows together. Focus on the middle of your back.
4. Then, lean back and look up at the ceiling.
5. Do this back-and-forth motion five times.
6. You can do this up to ten times a day, or once every hour you spend sitting.
