Tight lower back?

This crazy-looking stretch fixed my tight lower back and calves and got me back to running. I was just about to give up running a few weeks after I had started because of my calves and lower back. A visit to my physic and he gave me the most innocuous-looking exercise and said trust me. :)
A few weeks later my calf tightness was gone and I was back running. Anytime I get tight calves or my SI joint jams I do this exercise.
It looks crazy but trust me it works.
